Very cool idea! This program is supposed to translate and change the interface of any program into other language. And it's doing it "on the fly". As far as I understand, there will be a special mini-dictionary for every supported program. Currently only ICQ is supported.
When the program is closed English interface is restored right away.

this is great. finally you can use icq in any language, plus translate the gui of any program you want in your own language. i downloaded the spanish version of icq for my mother, and now she's very happily messaging with her friends in argentina.
